so I don’t mean exclusivity in that sense, but when it comes to only certain spots…. I personally think anyone should be able to join an OPEN fest (closed fests,exchanges, etc etc are a bit different). Maybe it’s just me and insecurities but i never want to exclude someone from an open fest.

I understand runners not allowing certain tags or dead doves as the people running the fest may have hard limits on pieces they read and therefore don’t want them in fests because they are reading the fest pieces (or should be)
