4. For last year that mfm did in Matic was a good choice, i would like to prefer that venue instead of inside the mall which very noisy and crowded.

Overall, congratulations for the succeed on the event and hope to see mfm 2026 as soon as possible!!!

3. I will prefer ticket that we pay to join and have a seat to watch the show. Standing whole day is really tired and it's bad experiences that audiences had to watch the show with blocked by humans wall intermittently.

and they doesn't accept for local epay method, how should we get the receipt for claim?

2. The sound system was so annoying for us to watch the performance, the sound quality and the volume was a nightmare to me, sometimes the sound will lost, this was very distractive.

but there's few things i want to complain:

1. Overseas dealer don't have a recept book for us when we purchase their products. For claim of the special edition playing card, we need to have receipts to prove but the overseas dealer doesn't have receipt book

Thanks to mfm providing such great platform for us to show our skills and performances to whole Malaysia and also to whole world. Next year, I will come back for revenge~

Joining this festival across 4 days, there's lots of improvement being done comparing to last year mfm
