It's vital for kids to learn to self-regulate, but they need our support to do so. And they need emotionaly regulated parents as role models. Seems obvious, but unfortunately it isn't to many parents who think that sending the child away to magically "calm down" on their own is enough.

Our obsession with data is destroying nature more than we think. While individual responsibility is not without merit, the footprint made by corporations is overpowering our humble personal efforts. And they would very much like to avoid systemic change.
