Sad day for UK Theatre. Joan Plowright has died, Lady Olivier. The era of Great Acting is over, but each of these remaining actors is a national treasure. Elsewhere, BBC has axed all funding for Drama on Radio 3. Thankfully, Drama on Radio 4 remains intact--NPR's British cousin. Long may it thrive!
