Not expecting there to be a lot of trick-or-treaters, but have plenty of candy on hand just in case. I'm curious how Willa will react to so many coming to the door (she's a rescue & the 1st 2 yrs of her life she was drugged - now she's "clean", but has the mind of a yr old puppy). She's so big tho.

Just got back from 4 days in Neskowin (on the Oregon coast). Willa's 1st trip to the beach!! Hubby & I got to relax & Willa got totally soaked.

oh, surely they will bring Cain & Abel with them. Cats are easy keepers in NYC. Dogs take a lot of effort in a city. My Willa wouldn't survive in the city for long.

Heaven has gained a sweet, quiet little angel - Juanita (Chuck's mom) passed away this morning. She was 104 years old!! She almost made it to her 105th birthday (August). Her pain is over.

From Willa's social calendar: today she went swimming with her friend Boogeyman (a Doberman). I ended up just as wet as she was & I didn't go in the water!

Well, I didn't think we would do this so soon after losing Mija, but we have adopted Willa - a 2yr old Goldendoodle! She is so special. Very smart, very affectionate & a totally Good Girl. Happy birthday to me (we got her 3/23). We are taking agility classes together & learning "dock diving"!!

Well, I didn't think we would do this so soon after losing Mija, but we have adopted Willa - a 2yr old Goldendoodle! She is so special. Very smart, very affectionate & a totally Good Girl. Happy birthday to me (we got her 3/23). We are taking agility classes together & learning "dock diving"!!
in just 3 months. Today we had to say goodbye to her because there was nothing that could be done. The nurse & the vet both cried with us, as they'd watched her grow up. She will be missed. 🥹😢😭 My sweet, happy girl.
