I received this letter today with a bunch of candy in an envelope. He made me cry, he also gave me such a huge hug. I have loved my job for 33 years teaching.

Found this note in a jacket from last school year. The student didn’t sign it, but I knew what student wrote it. I found him and he signed it and dated it from last year. This is why I would teach forever but it’s time. I have loved being a special needs teacher, but this June I retire.
