But it feels so dramatic in the moment, like it's not real. It feels like I'm making stuff up, but I'm not. It's insane. I encourage you, if you're struggling with everything being thrown at us, to write it down, to realize how crazy it is.

Writing it (for me) makes it more real? And no digital traces (not even sure I'm worried about this or not?). But when I write things that happen during the day, news-related, it seems so fake, so unreal, but they are facts. I'm not writing about unreal things and I'm not inflating/conflating facts.

I know there are much bigger problems out there right now, but this one feels manageable.
