There are many postings on Facebook about a Canadian backed investment that seems too good to be true. Carney and Ford and even Celine Dion appear to be endorsing it. Does anyone have any advice about the legitimacy?

Who will police the tariffs? Is there an infrastructure to monitor them? How much will be waiting at the borders or ports to be processed?
