My latest crochet project! It turned into a much bigger stingray than I had planned, but I'm loving the fact that there is glow-in-the-dark yarn out there. ❤️
The white underbelly of the crochet stingray and the underside of its teal fins and tail are all on full display. The teal-and-white crochet stingray is positioned sideways so you can see its black round plastic eyes and "v"-shaped mouth. The crochet stingray looks directly at the camera with its "v"-shaped mouth in full force and fins sticking out. However, its tail is hidden due to the stingray's round figure. The crochet stingray is glowing in a dark room, giving off a blue-green-y radiance.

My first-ever attempt at crocheting without a learner's kit like The Woobles AND doing so with a UK pattern. There were a lot of bumps in the journey, but I think it turned out well!

I can't believe another year has passed for my cat, Grace. I adopted her back in 2011, and now, she's celebrated another cycle round the planet yesterday. Happy Birthday, buddy! 🥳

As March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month, I want to bring it up and say get checked if you can. Colonoscopies aren't fun, but one could save your life. It did for me. I wouldn't have known I had colorectal cancer otherwise.

The ears and antlers aren't as aligned as I'd like, but I think I did pretty well for only my second crochet project.❤️

Yesterday was lovely, so I went on to explore Nitobe Memorial Garden. 🥰

I’ve been getting into exploring the local greenery lately, so I couldn’t resist a visit to the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden! What a picturesque, tranquil space. ❤️

It's World Cancer Day today, so I wanted to take this time to say that if you have any suspicious symptoms at all, don't wave them off. As someone who had their own surprise diagnosis of colon cancer the past year, I could have treated it at an earlier stage if I hadn't.

Not often I see so much snow in February! It feels like Christmas weather showed up a little late.
