Here's a thought: government needs to spend time and money on following the funds spent and on the contractors that land lucrative deals. Husbandry will kill corruption as well as baseless claims of frivolous spending.

So here's a thought: try searching for the essence in people. Is the essence good? Then offer the benefit of doubt to the dumb shit they say and do.
