XIV is a game where characters with Big Feelings monologue at each other until their emotions burst out of them as an 8 player boss fight, like a musical for RPG dorks, and Zenos is interesting because instead of engaging with the world around him all he talks about is his lust for death

It's fine to like characters who do bad things! I love Zenos he's extremely compelling but you actually have to engage with the text of the game

also Steve becomes good again by the 3rd act of woke vs chud captain america and they team up to fight a revived red skull, I've read too many bad comics to not see where this storyline goes
