By no means am I a lawyer, nor do I pretend to be..LAW is a completely different language . I ask, does it appear that over the years, especially since trump. That the appeals court seems to be some kind of "inconvenience" when, back in the day - Appeals court was mostly the final word?

SCOTUS can do what they want ..but many times they uphold the Appeals court . Back in the day before trump , the Appeals court was the final say in most things. Today..its like No one is taking the Appeals court seriously . ANd it goes right to SCOTUS ..Maybe SCOTUS won't take it
