I just read that the NOAA aircraft left the storm early after experiencing severe turbulence in the southwestern eyewall. Mind you these people are being paid due to the US shutdown.

It's also brutally hot and extremely humid here. Thunderstorms with lightening on the daily. Go to another state where there is cooler weather, perhaps by a lake.
