There was a bill introduced in the House last week that wants to rename it to “Red, White, and Blueland” and I wish I was joking

I stopped checking Facebook about a year ago and it’s changed my mental for the better. It kept showing me AI generated pictures and random pages I didn’t even follow in the first place. It’s so much nicer here :)

Honestly, if you can just mute certain key words or phrases to filter out the negativity, it’s a start. It’s hard not to want to be informed, but also our brains are not wired to intake this much info on a daily basis
