Team FOLON released their free "Rabbit and Pork" DLC a month ago, significantly upgrading Fallout: London. It hasn't crashed a single time on my current playthrough.
IMO, it's the GOAT Fallout 4 mod. And it's all free & automatic to install once you buy Fallout 4: GOTY edition on the GOG website.

The once dense biodiversity is thinning in the toxic depths of warm sewage, oil, & plastic.
Radioactive filth will continue to make waves on the shore even after most life has gone from the saltwater ecosystem.
