Totally agree. I would add the willingness to think outside the box, maybe step back for the bigger picture or even rethink everything with first principles as a framework. Anything that AI cannot, due to its very nature.

Nice! But what happens if the customer does not approve a feature for the next release? Does that feature branch get merged into the following release branch? In your example I can only see feature branches being merged back into their parent release branch.
