Yes! Just so long as it doesn't interfere with the accessibility - you can add jokes and japes and little things, but please make sure there's an accurate, accessible image description FIRST :)

Once again: Bluesky has a setting you can enable to make it REQUIRE you to put alt-text on your images before you can post them, and it's very helpful both for remembering to do it and getting into the habit.
