I just made 45 jars of quince jelly but with a steam juicer. Our tree in the garden had almost 30 kg of quince. We never had so many before.

While roaming in Paris, you can typically use all available networks while at home you can only use one. Therefore it is likely that the coverage provided by all networks is better.

But the worst problem are devices that rely on external servers. Because there is never a guarantee that they will be supported for more than the lifetime of the current management. I avoid them at almost all costs.

I agree, this is a problem but probably not for washing machines/dryers/fridges and stuff like this. They might not get new features but usually this is not a problem. TVs are different since they have to interact with the outside.

Mezzo Mix is a brand name. The generic name (at least in southern Germany) which is also a trade name to make things complicated is Spezi.

If the initial state at the start of the experiment is not the equilibrium state and the system evolves towards the equilibrium. I am not sure what your experiment was.
