Swapping from zoloft to cymbalta. The past several months of my life I've felt the energy sucked right out of me, like never before. Hopefully swapping off SSRI to SNRI will help, but time will tell. I've been ill and fatigued all my life, but this is really difficult and intense. Here's to hoping
