After many months, rewrites and redoing, I have completed Maelstrom's reference! It took so much longer than I wanted, but I'm very glad I have something now. And it's given me time to develop her some more. Whats next, who knows. Maybe I'll try writing, or more art.
I haven't posted in a bit and I think I should change that. So, here's just some of the interesting videos recommended to me by YouTube just now. Not that I'm complaining, they're all kind of goofy in their own way.

I got some new car models recently, so I decided to clean the dust off the shelves and do some rearranging. I was bored, so I decided to make it so Celestia and Nightmare Moon are fighting over some race cars and a Mini Rathalos

More drawing practice. This time, the beginning of a possible comic based on a couple of lines from a video I once watched that I thought could make a fun little project. Whether or not I finish it, only time will tell. Or not, time can be finicky sometimes.

I'm actually posting art for once, and it didn't take me several months. This time I've tried drawing Maelstrom at more of an angle, and trying to use references less to try to memorize proportions. I think I did okay. What's next, I've no clue. Hopefully writing, I've got ideas.

I've decided to try my hand at drawing again. Top left is practice drawing Maelstrom to try to help me do better with proportions. The other is trying a different pose of a scene idea I have for my possible fanfic if I decide to try writing for the first time.

I've been sick for the past few days, but I was able to add more to the drawings I did a few days, such as trying new facial expressions, and trying to draw smaller versions, and drawing the other way (I typically like to draw 2D facing the left, so I tried some to the right)

Since I decided to redesign my reference, I wanted to add some extra poses, which means I need to draw again. This some of the stuff I started to draw so far. I'm still trying to get the hang of poses and proportions, hence the various erasure marks, but i think it's going well.

Hello again. I've made a decision on the reference, I'm going to redesign it again. And by that, I mean I'm going to add more poses and reduce the amount of character description and save that all for a separate page. So, I'm gonna have to try to art again. Wish me luck

Status update. Still working on my OC reference/character info sheet. Procrastination mixed with constant rewriting and character updating means slow progress. It sucks a bit that I'm nowhere near finished, but at least I'm getting closer to finalizing what I want her to be

Decided to go on Spotify and listen to my liked songs list. I'm nearing the end of the list (the songs that were added years ago). Listening to Frank Sinatra and then immediately going to hardbass afterwards is just a little jarring, but not unwelcome.

Inconsistent update. Finally got one of the reference pages done. Just 3 more and I'll finally be done. Luckily they're much less info intense, so they should be done quicker. Maybe it'll be done this decade

I realized I haven't posted in a while. So, howdy. Still working on the reference, but at least I've improved to adding a sentence at least every four days. Its mostly me procrastinating again mixed with trying to trim it to make it less of an absolute lore dump

Today at work was a real slop show. Luckily, I remembered that I still have this bump cap that me and a coworker drew on a few years ago. So, I decided to wear it while working. It was kind of nice

A silly little reference I've done for my Fallout Equestria OC, Maelstrom The Winged Zebat Horse. I've been waiting to finish the backstory first before posting, but I think it's better to just post the reference now and finish the backstory some time later. Hopefully

Figured I should make a introductory post for this site. Howdy, I like cars, ponies, Pokemon, and other stuff. I want to get into art and writing (eventually) and am starting out. I take roughly 125,963 years to finish a single piece. My OC who is a very large horse I made for Fallout Equestria.
