The US Attorneys are not the Presidents lawyers, they represent The People.

There was actually a nice moment yesterday when Mike Johnson went over to Hakeen Jeffries to explain what was going to happen. I wish we'd see more images there of two opposing leaders sharing a chuckle and a pat on the shoulder.
In the end, neither person is evil IMO, but vastly different views.
