Indeed. My heart breaks a little more each day I talk to or see my mom and hear her/see her slipping away. Dementia, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimers are cruel beasts. 💔

I still have my copy I read to my children; they’re now in their thirties. I bawled my eyes out—every, single, time.

My 92-yr-old mom has dementia; it gets worse each day. I wish she’d been able to ask for this option when she had the chance. 💔 My heart goes out to Munsch’s family ❤️
