Companies are required by law to be able to make good on a certain amount of the overall funds available in member accounts. While those points are in member accounts not being spent it is very expensive for the company, but once they expire it’s like free money back to the company

1. Figure out when your points will expire. Hold on to them if they are not expiring soon, but don’t let them expire
2. As close to them expiring as you can, spend as many of them as possible without paying out of pocket
3. Bonus if you can get a lot of people to do the same thing on the same day

Also having a print copy on hand is a good idea. There are points in the audio where you might think the audiobook is glitching. It’s not, go find that section in the print book to make it make sense
