He's despicable, evil, and has some cognitive decline, imho, but Alzheimers or anything like that? I've spent years with somebody with Alzheimers and I just don't see it.

IMHO, Trump's always creating distractions (like a giant shell game) to provide cover in the news cycles for his other shenanigans, e.g. dictatorship, grift, etc. Any wars, disasters, and general chaos will do.
