Maybe, but I’m having a hard time seeing a scenario where a republican politician comes along who campaigns on completely destroying the MAGA ideology within the party.

In order for the party to die we would have to see the party split in half and destroy itself. Similar to what happened to the Whig party in the 19th century, and sadly I don’t see that happening

How many times do have to spell this out? Progressives are not the base. Black voters, particularly black women who tend to be more liberal are the base, and they consistently vote for the more liberal candidates over Bernie Sanders.

You can’t be serious. The majority of the democratic base is liberal. They are not far left or even progressive. The progressive caucus is a minority opinion in the party. Yes, they want minimum wage increases and healthcare for all but how do we go about it is the issue

I bet he won’t be able to show me a time where a candidate with Bernie Sanders politics which is farther left than the majority of the electorate won a general election in the modern era. Spoiler alert, it hasn’t happened.
