Commissaire Moulin on YouTube. A series which ran from the late 1970s to 2007 (this is a later episode as they have mobile phones). Anthony Delon is the guest star. English subtitles a bit iffy (funny at times), but it's not bad.

Watching Le Commissaire dans la Truffière on YouTube (Eng Sub), an adaptation of a Pierre Magnan detective novel. Quite enjoyable so far, and the commissaire has a nice car.

Cousin A has now colourised my maternal great great grandparents with their family. My great-grandfather Henry Maddocks is in the centre at the back, with thick, dark hair.

As Remembrance Day approaches, here is a formal letter to my uncle (Dad's sister's husband) who fought in Burma in WWII. He worked for the General Post Office (as it was then).

Cousin A in Pontarddulais has sent me a photo of my maternal grandmother's older sister (with her husband), taken in about 1899. William and Emiah Annie had 12 children.

I got this from Morrison's. Lavender and honey oil (not sure if it's meant for babies or not!). I put it on my pillow and on clothes. The lavender is not too strong as the honey tones it down.

I adored Dr Pasquano in Montalbano. Salvo and he had such a lovely relationship. Sadly, the actor Marcello Perracchio, who portrayed him, died in 2017.

It was a rather nice day, though chilly. The tree by Little Water Street is turning brown.
