"Nekro Boyz" are intended to be a full blown death cult, but George Miller didn't want that smoke after 9/11 so he changed their name to "War Boys". It put more attention on their fighting rather than dying for the Immortan every chance they get. They're still a death cult though.

Aaaah, can't say too much for now. But I can tell that he messed up really really bad before he even became Dementus.

Yep, I talked to Mark Sexton about it a couple of weeks ago and he said George Miller was shocked how fast Maeda was working! It was almost too fast for them to take in.
