I’ve always wondered what it’d be like to experience the world as Hunter S. Thompson did—raw, unfiltered, and just utterly fucking mad. (And yes, maybe to try the cocktail of chaos and chemicals he thrived on too.) A mind like his was rare breed, and our world could sure use one like it.
Every now and then when your life gets complicated and the weasels start closing in, the only cure is to load up on heinous chemicals and then drive like a bastard from Hollywood to Las Vegas...with the music at top volume and at least a pint of ether

Wow! This morning was busy, so I didn’t get a chance to say anything earlier—but I woke up to a small milestone: 1k followers! It’s not much, but I’m trying to grow this number to spread facts, fun, and a few FAFOs. Thank you to everyone who’s joined me so far! I hope to build a network of support—not just for ourselves during possible dark times (still hoping they’re not so bad!) but for democracy itself. I joined Bluesky to have fun on the internet again and to start doing my part as a citizen of these United States.
