I got a British WWII signal light for Christmas. I don't feel the need to direct traffic with it, so I wired it for a 1W LED. Now it lives on my fireplace.

Made this flashlight several years ago. Turns out that something as simple as a flashlight takes some engineering! Now I want to try a 3D printed version.
It uses a 1 watt LED and AA batteries.
