Starting a thread on an AU I have been working on a bit in on the side, all art so far done by the great @louisakamata.bsky.social
The basic premise being: what if the Indoraptor survived and was present during events of (or similiar to) Jurassic World Dominion, centered around it and Maisie.

Regarding texture-skins, its just small stuff but for example in JWE2 and in extension JWE3, a lot of movie dinos have extremly rough textures, stretched out or crusty.
Main example that always springs to mind is Sino because in 1 it always looked very lovable meanwhile in 2 it looks really ugly.

So Path of Titans did some visual updates to Styracosaurus so one of its subspecies now is Einiosaurus, which I am so happy with because its my favorite Ceratopsian period since I watched Dinosaur Planet, but it almlost never gets represented in anything else.

Idk what the consensus here is on Jurassic World Rebirht.
I enjoyed it but I think that kinda boiled down because my bar and expectations were kinda low, but I think it was very competently made all things considered.

Outside of a view things I really enjoyed the new Godzilla and Marvel crossover run, I think visually and writing wise it just got so much right in terms of what I like about Godzilla, particularly the ending panel of the Hulk issue was probably my favorite overall. #Godzilla
