spent several hours after work on my current academic manuscript and all i got done was 8 rows of a table because transferring all of the sources into it was a pain 🥲 i still have 14 rows to go so… another day!

the gym has become such a lovely place for me. even though i haven’t seen many visible changes to my body, just going makes me feel much better and i like spending time there. i highly recommend to anyone who is able :)

i would do so much more in the way of research if it didn’t cost $2,800 to publish in some open access journals. i hate the idea of my work being locked behind a paywall, but i also hate the idea of paying that article processing fee to make it publicly available.
