aaaah the room is so much brighter?! we're gonna do a second coat tomorrow, but i really like how it's turning out. i also think it works pretty well with the dark wood we have for the doors and trim

The previous owners made some interesting choices throughout the house. Most interesting of all is the kitchen/dining room. Faux marble wallpaper, with a deep firehouse red for under the chair railing. And a tray ceiling in the dining room painted that same red. 😖
