This feels like a frustrating conclusion - cancellation methods have gotten out of hand for consumers and it doesn’t seem much progress is being made to do anything about it.

I’ve been hearing this a lot in reference to AI as well - that companies will need design to be “tastemakers” to direct AI for them.
