Dana and I could be considered terrible people because we smoke. So of course I looked to see where the smoking area is in Epic Universe. We follow the rules and will smoke in the designated area. Surely it’s not really across from from the “kid” friendly Isle of Berk when the park is so big?🤷♂️

I’m pissed. I feel your pain. Those of us with a convention at Orange County the week of 2/10 know how you feel! Their pathetic public communication is beyond excusable. Hey, Universal, you know when buyouts happen, whether it be Cursed Coconut, upper half of Citywalk or an entire (1)

Back at Crabby’s Oceanside in Daytona for some NFL action. Bourbon Street Shrimp were amazing!!! The gator tail and oysters were great, too….but that shrimp…OMG.

Forgot to mention I immediately “adopted” a feral kitty on our first day here in St Augustine 😻Woke up at 6 am yesterday and went to grocery store to pick him up all kinds of food.
He now loves his Papa and talks to him constantly. 😂 Wish we could take him home but are heading to Daytona today 😔

Checked out the Boat Drinks restaurant in old St Augustine today. It was pretty damn amazing!

Time for the Atlantic side of FL for 4 days. Staying at the Renaissance across from Buc-ees near St Augustine. I don’t know much about road Engineering, but who thought it was a good idea to build a Buc-ees, Costco AND a giant Bass Pro within a 1/4 mile radius?? 🤷♂️😏🤪

OK…so let’s just be honest. I was not FULLY aware of Taylor’s ability to put on a spectacle of this nature. Not the biggest fan but totally respect the effort (and just kick ass production) of what she pulled off here. Mind you, I’m only at like 40 minutes in…it probably gets terrible 😉

We had a nice little Christmas Eve meal at the condo. Since it’s just us here, we didn’t have to appease anyone but ourselves 😉 I grilled some bacon-wrapped steak bites from Carroll’s Sausage & Country store that we picked up in GA on our way, and preordered a lobster/crab claw platter from Publix
