I don’t know how they think this is acceptable. Several people have had to open new accounts, losing EVERYTHING they had because of amazons fuck up. Doubt they will apologise/compensate for the losses!!

I would suggest everyone start looking to move to Kobo.

2/3 their accounts Locked for 24 hours or removed because their account is locked and they have to log in to unlock it. Great plan there.
