Missing from the English Language version of the latest #PokemonUnite Patch notes.... Draft is 1400 ELO or higher.

Basically, The devs and the Pokemon Company are appalled at the player base banning broken mons and must make us suffer the broken mons in every match. 👎

The conditions for starting draft mode in ranked matches has been changed as follows: Before: When all 10 matched players have a Master Rating of 1200 or higher After: When all 10 matched players have a Master Rating of 1400 or higher As the Ranked Match season progresses, the number of players who have reached Master Ranked has increased. Draft Mode is designed as a mode for advanced players to enjoy more strategic battles. This Adjustmendt was made in consideration of the current player distribution and to ensure that Draft Mode matches plaers in a manner that is in line with its original intention. We will continue to closely monitor the battle environment and make adjustments as necessary.

I think this will work: Shortcuts app, new workflow, search for the Resize image action, you can define width and height of the resized image and add an action to save it to a particular album. it should default to recents in Photos. (this is a screenshot from my mac, but I created it on my ipad.)
