I tried and made it a couple of seasons, but I realized I was checking out whenever Xander was in a scene. Finding out later that he was basically a Whedon stand in, it made sense why I found him unwatchable.

I haven’t checked out Kanopy yet but that sounds perfect for some winter viewing.

Or even the same week! If I have to grocery shop in store, I can’t do it again for a while.

I’m sorry you lost your friend this year. There was no way you could have predicted how you would have handled your grief. I hope you can get some relief soon, there are brighter days ahead 🫂

I’m going to bake something to cheer myself up, cause if it’s going to be a high pain/stress day, at least I can eat some berry cobbler.

I would consider going to a cabin in the woods to escape, but they have fireworks there too!

Someone close to me would get visibly upset with me when I wouldn’t turn my brain off and “just enjoy it”. But…I am enjoying it. Discussing flaws of media I love is part of the fun, I don’t enjoy it any less.
