disabled. You want to know if they use any adaptations to access digital information, and what those are.

For me, the most important thing is the human interaction after the form is complete. Avoid words like 'suffer' at all costs. 3/3

first language, some don't include neurodivergence in disability, some don't include being d/Deaf or hard of hearing in disability, some people use assistive tech or adaptations, some don't. It could end up being a very long form.

It sounds like what you really want to know isn't if someone's 2/3

I could talk at length about being on the receiving end of bad versions. The main thing is to frame this question as wanting everyone to be able to use a product or service, before you ask it. Include many options. Some disabled people prefer disability first language, some prefer person 1/n

This is brilliant! I'm not in GB so can't check, but have passed it onto a couple of friends who will use it. I've asked them to let you know because you're still testing it. Hope that's ok!

I have really, really got to have an assessment. Unfortunately my epilepsy meds mean I metabolise all other meds so fast they become ineffective, but it would be good to get confirmation of the thing I've suspected for most of my life.

Chant "shame shame shame" as long as you can. You may have to do it in shifts for 4 years.

And note that's from the perspective of 2 magnification users. Digital whiteboards block screenreader users out completely. (Nobody come at me with "but there's a downloadable tagged pdf of the output" - that is not the same experience, and have you ever tested those pdfs' accessibility?)
