Want to hear a neat Xcode trick?

Did you know you could customize the comments that show up at the top of each .swift file in Xcode? Loads of semantic variables to help you up your meta data game.

WAVS users: We are aware of potential performance issues when a large number of logs exists. We are exploring potential solutions and will release an update to address this as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Oh man. Forgot to submit consumables along app review now users get the version but can't purchase. Wish App Store Connect had something similar to Gmail's "did you forget an attachment in your email?"

A user reached out for a feature request. Super stoked to work on it and pull together my first public beta! Ngl customer support is kinda fun

With iOS/iPadOS 26 approaching, will you be adopting Liquid Glass in your app? Why or why not?

Happy indie-pendence day!

For indie developers out there, feel free to drop your app in the comments for a honest review (either in dm or on app store).

Anyone use CloudKit as backend? How's your experience?

Here's a really awesome talk I recently came across by @mufasayc.com

Founders:

How do you wind down and disengage from work? Endless items on the to-do list and always chasing the next shiny object. Any tips?

A bit over two months since launch.

So happy to see crash rate is still at zero! Though it'd make more sense to flipped the scale

People who use SkAdNetwork with TikTok Ads:

Do you have a grayed out "Update to SKAN 4.0" button in Events Manager (i.e., Events Manager -> -> Settings)?

A side rant: how exactly do people contact TikTok Ads Support? They fully replaced by AI? Ughhh

Anyone have experience upgrading from SKAN 3.0 to 4.0 in TikTok Ads Manager? It's grayed out despite there have been event postbacks received.

Ugh always a pain making an image show up on launch screen. Here's a checklist if you are in a similar spot.

1. Clean derived data
2. Close & reopen Xcode
3. Update dependencies
4. Clean build folder

Are there any reliable ways to get in touch with Meta Business support? Business account was restricted out of the blue and said I could not request for a review

What are people's thoughts prompting users to leave feedback?

Do you take them to your product page so they can leave a written review? Or, do you only prompt them in-app to leave a star rating?

Or, do you use a 3rd party service for written feedback separate from App Store?

Fellow SwiftUI-ers:

Tired of all the messiness setting up custom environment variables? You are in luck.

There is a cleaner and better way to set them up with the Entry macro (supports iOS 13+).

Save the environment.

What are people's experience using helm for publishing iOS apps?

App Store Connect via web is painful to use. Riddled with bugs, slow, and logs me out every other button I click on.

All too familiar. Share your solutions in the comments. No, rage quitting Xcode and moving out to the mountains to lead a more peaceful life does not count.

Fan of GeometryReader?

See what .relativeContainerFrame() can do for you.

`length` is with respect to its parent container.

Anyone had an app go live before its subscriptions do? Like they’d be stuck on “pending binary approval” when the app itself is ready for distribution? C’mon App Connect :(

Looking to kick off 2025 strong?

Listodo is an app we created last year to help people visualize tasks through charts. Sometimes, numbers just don't cut it. We hope it can help you stay clear-minded in a world of complexity. No ads + everything stored locally.

No subscription. Purchase to own.
