So I made a salad - I put balsamic glaze on the beats, I crisped the prosciutto, I candied the walnuts, greens are arugula & there is goat cheese. Dressing is a lemon, evoo, salt, pepper, smoked paprika.

They finally have been offered a place all their own but need some help with deposit. Please help if you can!
