For those among us who have done hard time as parliamentary researchers, book launches in the Jubilee Room can only be nostalgic. If the core theme is inequality & the host is Ruskin College it’s a triple whammy. But to dwell on the timelessness of the experience would be to undersell the subject

of UCL East definitely put me in the mood for talk of innovation in public services this morning. I’m probably on the sceptical side of the tech as universal panacea bit - especially when it comes to relationship centred services like family support…

If you’re looking to support an amazing community led grassroots Christmas initiative then look no further. W12 together is part of the Big Local programme, it’s also where I live - these guys are doing incredible things to link neighbours together & improve health and well-being in the community
