Running a research study as a startup’s only product designer is much easier if you include others who are customer-facing. Teach them your tactics and how to listen. Enable them and they become an extension of your user research arm.

300 characters I see. Wonder just how many of those are necessary to write something of value but not annoyingly long. I prefer this shorter baseline to avoid the overloaded mess that Twitter is becoming.
