I think some games do a really good job of side-quests being engaging and unlocking cool things that you could also do without if you skipped, but as someone that really needs to finish every quest in the game, I'd agree most games are just tedious about it.

That being said, my comic pull box is enormous and I have made no progress in culling that at all.

Yeah, I thought it felt like a Mystique story from a decade ago, which is not a good thing.

Playing Yakuza games forced me to learn a lot about Hanafuda, and it's such a cool concept! It's just as fun to look at the cards as it is to play the game.
