Another birthday for Samantha! This one was a bit lackluster, Stede's energy was in the red, so he helped her blow out the candles and immediately went to bed.
Samantha: Dad didn't want cake?
Ed: Eh, more for us.

I don't know what Samantha asked him, but it caused a visible conundrum in Stede's brain.

Stede is finally getting around to testing his skills at flower arranging after ages of the table collecting dust in the shed. He may have been unprepared for perils of pollen.

Kia is hoping that if she just ignores the child, it will simply go away. This is not the case and Kia was instead serenaded by Samantha attempting to make cat noises at her for several minutes.

Stede does actually like spending time with his daughter too! He does dramatic bedtime story readings and makes sure she's all tucked in for the night.
