Add to that his self importance and arrogance. After interrupting his fellow guest he tells her that SHE shouldn't interrupt him!

Thank the Lord - somebody who actually understands that the ' baby boomer' generation refers to a group of people born between 1946ish and 1965ish. It's not a reference to old people in general!

The current version no longer has the right to call itself Labour at all. I mean, if progressive politics isn't at the core of Labour then what is it for? Glasman needs to hop it over to Reform where he belongs.

Glasman's performance on Newsnight earlier this week was very revealing for those who haven't understood what Blue Labour is about. Progressive Labour policies which gave the working class so many rights in the 20thC need now to be dropped he says. I hear the sound of ladders being pulled up.

He's behind McSweeney I believe. Labour needs to be rid of them both.

I'm afraid there is a twofold problem with the UK electorate. Firstly they're incredibly selfish - they're happy for taxes to go up, just not their taxes. Secondly they're not great at joining up the dots.

Surely the only response to Farage is 🤣🤣🤣🤣?

I thought the idea was to have all that info in one place. Am I mistaken?

Explains why you can't bloomin' find it in northern France.

It's not 'plain for all to see' though is it? A worryingly large slice of the British electorate certainly doesn't want to see anything that might shake their belief in Farage's plan to lead them to the promised land.

Absolutely, but to call him out on his traitorous behaviour is to martyr him in the eyes of his followers.
September 3, 2025 at 10:53 AM
What about the older people who are not baby boomers? You know, people who are 80 years and older. Or don't you expect them to have anything to contribute?
August 31, 2025 at 9:35 PM
As are many of us...
August 28, 2025 at 10:07 AM
Bizarre isn't it?
August 28, 2025 at 10:06 AM
I absolutely agree with you on that!
August 28, 2025 at 9:59 AM
It absolutely is the electorate's fault! It's very hard to support Labour at the moment I grant you, but how can anyone look at Farage's track record and think he's the answer to the UK's problems? The answer is that people don't look at his track record and they don't scrutinise his policies.
