Mint tea for the rest of the day now. Had lots of mint and ginger tea in Amsterdam this week so will be making this now I’m home. It was really refreshing - think they put honey in that too.

There’s no better experience than travelling - meeting new people and seeing interesting places. Obviously someone else agreed with me as per the writing on the window.

Lovely treat today at Pasticceria di Leo in Bishop’s Stortford . Delicious pistachio tiramisu and choux craquelin with pumpkin chantilly cream (shared between two of us - not eaten solely by me!!). Well worth a visit.

My beautiful dog passed away many years ago - this was her a few months before she died. A gorgeous girl who set the bar for all dogs in the family since. She’s still missed.
