Ehh... The government (at federal and state levels) were pretty clear on their condemnation of the marches. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot that they could do better, but short of impacting the right to protest, what else do we expect them to do in this instance?

Where I live (Western Australia) lots of people own dogs, including some who possibly shouldn't. Curious as to what flawed legislation you've encountered.
