Story will sadly be thrown to the wayside with certain types, and you gotta be able to discern that intention asap. I'm a bit out of the loop with regards to finding story heavy rp anymore, but they certainly do still exist, the current trends have just driven them a little deeper underground.

It's a difficult task to find someone with both the personal and intellectual capacity to commit to rp of this type. Inexperience aside, most don't understand the dynamics at all, and like you said, they'll typically emulate porn, rather than an actual relationship. Best of luck finding someone ❤️
