I’m really fucking hate Microsoft right now. Windows 11 couldn’t understand my request for a Windows Update Restart on Sept 28, so it restarted today instead.
Thus, losing an entire three weeks of research work I had opened.
Thanks, Microsoft!

I'm backing up an Email Messages from one of the top three major mail providers. I'm finding some of the messages are corrupted or unreadable.
This account has over 80K messages from over 15+ years of use. But it seems like the storage backing account may had issues...
Anyone else seen this? #backup

I was reviewing some old code that I wrote (checks date) - 10 years ago, today!! (Nearly down to the hour, about 30 minutes from before the commit time)

I found this funny comment. How time has changed since.

It’s ironically that a technologist says you need to live life, not through a screen.
Get outside and see something different.

On the heels of autism awareness month, one last reminder that vaccines DO NOT cause autism.

Vaccines SAVE countless lives & protect infants, elderly & immunocompromised.

Those of us w/ access to life-saving vaccines are the privileged.

This demo nails the benefits of vaccination-

There's a big difference between:
`journalctl --vacuum-time=3m`
`journalctl --vacuum-time=3months`

As more time passes since that “idiot” brought twitter, more it breaks.
Maybe laying off 2/3 of the company was a mistake.

TIL that Apple Music has a collection of Minecraft Music. That was unexpected.

So, 23andMe declared Bankruptcy. Now all their PII (Personal ID Info) and genetic data will probably be sold to the highest bidder.
Do I hear health insurance companies beating down that door?

When do you think someone’s last request will change from “Delete my browser/search history”, to “Delete my AI Chat history”?

It's so much fun when you don't remember how something you automated months ago works and now it's broken.
