So I wanted to offer a couple of options for those of you who made it this far and are resonating with these themes and ideas I'm bringing up.

But I also bring this up because, now, a couple of weeks after this healing occurred astrally on a more general scale, I realize that many soul groups are still (for very valid reasons) drowning in overwhelm or on the knife's edge of agitation trying to pinpoint what it is they are missing.

I bring up this lens because so many of us also have backgrounds in energy work and I wanted to open this up to spark your own patterns and webs of meaning from these themes.

What light bulbs popped up as you read this?

In this healing, I went through 3 stages of transmutation that opened these doors to remembering our loneliness songs & their wisdom for reminding us how to connect with the forgotten. For embracing the opportunities beckoning to us so we can remember our unique capacities for re-writing the rules.

A subliminal undercurrent of resentment towards patterns of being abandoned, and self-resentment for abandoning self, community, planet, & other themes.

These resistance symptoms can present individually through maladaptive habits like scrolling mindlessly, & hyperfixating on comfort experiences/distraction tasks. In the extreme, it can look like lashing out at others, digestion irregularity, muscle tension, or getting lost in despair loops.

What I picked up on was that this resulted in self-sabotage blinders preventing us from looking deeper, engaging with these opportunities, and enacting autonomy over the choices available.
